Is there a service fee if I book here?

No. On Vrbo part of what you pay is Vrbo’s guest service fee. Book here and there is none: the price you see already includes the rent, the cleaning fee and the Hawaii and Maui County taxes, line by line, before you pay anything.

Who will I be dealing with?

Bob & Tracy, the owners of both condos. Your request goes straight to them, they confirm your dates personally, and they are the people you write to before and during your stay.

How does payment work?

Send your request on the booking page and Bob & Tracy confirm your dates personally. 30% secures your dates once confirmed, and the balance is due 30 days before arrival (for stays sooner than that, the full amount is due on confirmation). You will receive the payment details with your confirmation.

What is your cancellation policy?

The exact cancellation terms for your stay are shown on the booking page and in your rental agreement, before you pay anything. If you have a question about them, just ask us.

What is the difference between A2 and A5?

Both are one-bedroom oceanfront condos at Napili Point Resort with the ocean below the lanai. A2 and A5 each sleep 3. Each condo’s photos, beds and full amenity list, straight from Vrbo, are on its own page.

Can we book both condos?

Yes. Book A2 and A5 together for up to six guests — two families or a group of friends side by side at the same resort. Search with your dates and the number of guests and we show you when both are free.

Is there a pool?

Two. Napili Point Resort has two oceanfront pools, an oceanfront lawn and barbecues for guests of the resort.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM, Hawaii time. Your arrival details, with the address and how to let yourself in, are emailed before you travel.

How do I get to Napili?

Fly into Kahului Airport (OGG) on Maui. Napili is in West Maui, about an hour by car along the Honoapiilani Highway. A rental car is the easiest way to explore the island.

Are pets, smoking or parties allowed?

No pets, no smoking and no parties or events, in both condos.

When is the best time to visit?

December to April is whale season, with humpbacks in the channel right in front of Napili Point. Spring and fall are quieter, and summer brings the calmest water on the west side — the best snorkelling. Winter weeks book first.

Can I snorkel near the condos?

Napili Bay, a few minutes’ walk away, has sandy entry and calm water much of the year, with fish along the rocks at both ends. Kapalua Bay is five minutes by car and Honolua Bay about ten, best on calm summer days. Green sea turtles feed in Honokeana Cove right below the resort — always check the conditions before you go in.

Where can we eat nearby?

The Gazebo (famous for breakfast) and Sea House at Napili Kai are a short walk along Napili Bay; Kapalua and Kaanapali, with many more restaurants, are a few minutes away by car.
